PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

Ceramic structured packing is a kind of column shape and single layer corrugated packing,consisting of many moire pieces with the same geometric shape and parallel to each other. According to the different obliquity of corrugated sheet,this product is divided into X-style and Y-style,and X and Y correspond to the 30 °c and 45°c respectively. Ceramic structured packing has a series of advantages,such as high efficiency,low pressure drop, great treatment, little liquid content, unremarkable amplifying effect and high elasticity in operation.

 

With a unique structure,and excellent hydrophilic performance, the very thin liquid film can be formed in the surface of ceramic,and the flow of liquid film as well as oblique and flexural channel ensure the smooth airflow , and don't impede it,making the efficiency of this product comparable with metallic corrugated packing. Dohntec makes the production of different specific surface area and flexible standard structured packing in terms of customer's demands.

PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

Ceramic Pall ring is an advanced improvement of rasching ring, the walls of pall ring is open, height and diameter are the same and it has 4 diametrical ribs towards the inside of each "floor". Its structure improves distribution of gas-liquid and its efficiency can be improved above 50% and only has half of pressure drop compared with rasching ring.

PRODUCT BENEFITS

These saddles are made from chemical porcelain and have excellent resistance to acids except in the case of hydrofluoric acid.

Moisture absorption must less than half a percent.

The porcelain’s specific gravity is 2.3-2.4g/cm3 and an average heat capacity (between 20℃ and 500℃ of 0.22 cal/g.℃) XINTAO ceramic saddles softening point is 1400℃ min. And they show good thermal shock resistance during repeated cycling between 20℃ and 8

 

제품 이점

이 안장은 화학 도자기로 만들어졌으며 불산의 경우를 제외하고는 내산성이 뛰어납니다. 수분 흡수율은 0.5퍼센트 미만이어야 합니다.

도자기의 비중은 2.3-2.4g/cm3이고 평균 열용량(20℃ ~ 500℃ 사이 0.22cal/g.℃) XINTAO 세라믹 안장의 연화점은 최소 1400℃입니다. 그리고 20℃와 8사이의 반복적인 사이클링 동안 우수한 열충격 저항을 나타냅니다.

Honeycomb ceramic filter is widely used in the filtration of hazardous air pollutants, volatile organic compounds in the automotive paint,chemical industry,electronic manufacturing industry,metallurgy and foundry industries.


Honeycomb ceramic filter is made of mullite ceramic material with high-quality and high-density straight-hole mesh, which makes it have high thermal shock resistance and high sintering temperature resistance. Its straight hole design ensures the balance between flow and strength, effectively removes industrial waste gas and impurities, etc.


필터 적용, 촉매 담체 또는 열 저장 매체에 적합한 벌집형 세라믹. 벌집 세라믹 필터는 자동차 페인트, 화학 산업, 전자 제조 산업, 야금 및 주조 산업의 유해 대기 오염 물질, 휘발성 유기 화합물의 여과에 널리 사용됩니다. Honeycomb 세라믹 필터는 고품질 및 고밀도 직선 구멍 메쉬가있는 멀라이트 세라믹 재료로 만들어져 높은 열 충격 저항과 높은 소결 온도 저항을 갖습니다. 직선 구멍 디자인은 흐름과 강도 사이의 균형을 보장하고 산업 폐가스 및 불순물 등을 효과적으로 제거합니다.

Regenerative Thermal Oxidizer (RTO)

RTO equipment is a type of air pollution control equipment that destroys hazardous air pollutants (HAP), volatile organic compounds (VOC) and odorous emissions created during industrial processes. RTOs are the most common air pollution control technology in use today.

 

RTO technology uses combustion at high temperatures to oxidize air pollutants from industrial exhaust streams, which turns them into CO2 and H2O before they're released into the atmosphere. The term "regenerative" in regenerative thermal oxidizer comes from the Ceramic Honeycomb Heat Exchanger, which retains heat from the prior combustion cycle to preheat (and partially oxidize) the pollutant-filled airstream for the next cycle.

 

재생 열 산화기(RTO)

RTO 장비는 산업 공정에서 발생하는 유해 대기 오염 물질(HAP), 휘발성 유기 화합물(VOC) 및 악취 배출물을 제거하는 일종의 대기 오염 제어 장비입니다. RTO는 오늘날 사용되는 가장 일반적인 대기 오염 제어 기술입니다.

 

RTO 기술은 고온 연소를 사용하여 산업 배기 스트림에서 대기 오염 물질을 산화시켜 대기로 방출되기 전에 CO2 및 H2O로 전환합니다. 재생 열 산화기의 "재생"이라는 용어는 이전 연소 사이클의 열을 유지하여 다음 사이클을 위해 오염 물질로 채워진 기류를 예열(부분적으로 산화)시키는 세라믹 벌집형 열교환기에서 유래했습니다.
