Honeycomb Ceramic

Honeycomb ceramics suited for filter applications, as catalyst carriers or as heat storage media. Honeycomb ceramic filter is widely used in the filtration of hazardous air pollutants, volatile organic compounds in the automotive paint,chemical industry,electronic manufacturing industry,metallurgy and foundry industries. Honeycomb ceramic filter is made of mullite ceramic material with high-quality and high-density straight-hole mesh, which makes it have high thermal shock resistance and high sintering temperature resistance. Its straight hole design ensures the balance between flow and strength, effectively removes industrial waste gas and impurities, etc.

Seletive Catalytic Reduction

SCR technology is one of the most cost-effective and fuel-efficient technologies available to help reduce diesel engine emissions.

SCR can reduce NOx emissions up to 90 percent while simultaneously reducing HC and CO emissions by 50-90 percent, and PM emissions by 30-50 percent. SCR systems can also be combined with a diesel particulate filter to achieve even greater emission reductions for PM.

 

선택적 촉매 환원

SCR 기술은 디젤 엔진 배기가스를 줄이는 데 사용할 수 있는 가장 비용 효율적이고 연료 효율적인 기술 중 하나입니다.

SCR은 NOx 배출량을 최대 90%까지 줄이는 동시에 HC 및 CO 배출량을 50~90%, PM 배출량을 30~50% 줄일 수 있습니다. SCR 시스템은 또한 디젤 미립자 필터와 결합하여 PM에 대한 배출 감소를 훨씬 더 크게 달성할 수 있습니다.
