PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

Ceramic structured packing is a kind of column shape and single layer corrugated packing,consisting of many moire pieces with the same geometric shape and parallel to each other. According to the different obliquity of corrugated sheet,this product is divided into X-style and Y-style,and X and Y correspond to the 30 °c and 45°c respectively. Ceramic structured packing has a series of advantages,such as high efficiency,low pressure drop, great treatment, little liquid content, unremarkable amplifying effect and high elasticity in operation.

 

With a unique structure,and excellent hydrophilic performance, the very thin liquid film can be formed in the surface of ceramic,and the flow of liquid film as well as oblique and flexural channel ensure the smooth airflow , and don't impede it,making the efficiency of this product comparable with metallic corrugated packing. 제품 설명

세라믹 구조 패킹은 동일한 기하학적 모양과 서로 평행한 많은 모아레 조각으로 구성된 기둥 모양 및 단일 층 골판지 패킹의 일종입니다. 골판지의 경사도에 따라 이 제품은 X자형과 Y자형으로 나뉘며 X와 Y는 각각 30°c와 45°c에 해당합니다. 세라믹 구조 포장은 고효율, 낮은 압력 강하, 우수한 처리, 적은 액체 함량, 현저한 증폭 효과 및 작동시 높은 탄성과 같은 일련의 장점을 가지고 있습니다.
